Aydinlar Mining Construction Tar. Urn. Animal. San. Tic. LTD. ŞTİ. carries out compost, sludge drying and non-hazardous waste recovery activities within the scope of Environmental Permit and License Certificate on Non-Hazardous Waste Recovery, Biodegradable Waste Processing - Compost with document number 224865940.0.1.
Industrial wastes with organic content; (wastes from agriculture, horticulture, aquaculture, forestry, hunting and fishing, preparation and processing of fruits, vegetables, grains, edible oils, cocoa, coffee, tea and tobacco, canned food production, yeast and yeast extract production, molasses preparation and fermentation, wastes from the production of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (except coffee, tea and cocoa)) are accepted to the facility for processing in the compost process. After the composting process, the accepted wastes are returned to nature as solid organic fertilizer of herbal origin with the registration certificate number 8427 issued by the Ministry of Agriculture.
Industrial wastes with inorganic content; (wastes from iron and steel industry, wastes from silver, gold and platinum thermal metallurgy, wastes from non-ferrous thermal metallurgy, wastes from iron casting process, non-ferrous casting wastes, wastes from physical and chemical processes of non-metallic minerals, Waste from iron casting process, non-ferrous casting waste, waste from the production of cement, lime and gypsum and products made from them, waste from the production of concrete, bricks, tiles and ceramic products, bricks, tiles and construction materials) are accepted to the facility for processing in the non-hazardous waste recovery process. Following the recovery process, the accepted wastes are recycled back to nature as grit and parquet sand in accordance with TS 2717 EN13139 standard to be used in the construction of paving stones and weight material concrete.
Sludge from washing, cleaning and wastewater treatment in the industry is sent to the licensed disposal/recycling facility after the moisture content is reduced by taking it to the sludge drying process within the scope of waste minimization.
As Aydınlar Madencilik, an average of 200,000 tons/year of organic and inorganic industrial waste is processed and recycled in our waste disposal and recycling facilities, and each waste is reprocessed and turned into a new product at the highest possible capacity and brought into the economy.
